Terms: Everything sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", without warranty or guarantee whatsoever. This advertisement is only a guide. Please inspect the equipment. All announcements made day of auction take precedence over printed material. Nothing may be removed until settled for in full.

Payment: Full payment is due day of auction by Cash, Check (w/ Bank Letter of Guarantee), Visa, or MasterCard. Bank wire transfers accepted in US funds only. Guarantees can be faxed to 989-539-5686.

Onsite Administrative Fee: A 4% Administrative Fee will be added per item to all items $2000.00 & over, 8% per item on items under $2000.00 w/ a 3% discount for payments by cash or check.

Online Administrative Fee (ProxiBid): A 8% Administrative Fee will be added per item to all items $2000.00 & over, 12% per item on items under $2000.00 w/ a 3% discount for payments by wire transfer.
